Ordering & Delivery Times
When making an order at Hidden Solace we aim to process and send out your order as soon a possible. You can pay via credit card, debit card and Paypal. When making an order you will automatically be transferred to the Paypal secure payment site and you are then able to opt for using your Paypal account or pay via your card.
You do not need to register or be registered with Paypal to order with us.
Order processing times and delivery times can vary; we hold no responsibility for any delay in your receiving your order. If you have any questions regarding your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to help.
If you are buying an item for a specific date, why not get in touch with us via email so we know that you are in a hurry.
Returns & Exchange Policy
At Hidden Solace we want you to be happy with the items you order. If for any reason you wish to return an item we will happily refund you under certain conditions.
The conditions regarding the exchange of items are the same as for returns.
Before returning an item please contact us at sales@hiddensolace.co.uk. Include the order number, your name and address, the date you ordered and received the item and the reason for the return. This is important so that we know who to refund and can take the opportunity to improve our service if possible.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for any items returned. The restocking fee may be charged when you return a large order or when you have bought several similar items and return the ones you no longer want. The restocking fee is charged at 25% of the order, not including postage.
Please be aware this is not charged on every return, we will inform you if it shall be applicable when you e-mail us to inform us of your wish to return items.
All refunds are dependable on the safe return of the items. For this reason all items returned to us are sent at your own risk, you are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive with us safely and in the 14 day limit for refunds.
We advise that all returned items are sent via recorded delivery to ensure their safety and for your peace of mind.
Damaged Items
We are committed to ensuring that all of our products are sent securely and safely. In the highly unlikely event that an item arrives with you and has been damaged please contact us immediately, where possible within 24 hours.
When you receive your order please take the time to look over the packaging and ensure that it is not damaged and has not been tampered with in any way. If this is the case please inform the postman and request they make a note of the damage.
(The date at which you are said to have received the order is that which the order was delivered).
Order Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel an order with us or have make a mistake while ordering please contact us at sales@hiddensolace.co.uk as soon as possible after you make your order. We will make every effort to assist you and work through any problem you have however can make no guarantees of being able to process the cancellation before goods are sent out to you. If your order has already been posted out when you notify us you will need to follow the returns and exchange procedure.
