By entering into a competition you are agreeing to the conditions as specified on this page. Please read the Terms and Conditions in full before entering into any competition. In the event that there are contradictions in terms between this page and that of the competition details, it is the information on this page which will be used.

a) Enter online at www.HiddenSolace.co.uk and enter your email address into the mailing list box and submit your details. Entrants must also become a Fan of our Facebook Page at the following address: http://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo#!/pages/Hidden-Solace/212103430933. To be eligible to win the competition, entrants must remain a Fan of the Hidden Solace Facebook Page until the end of the competition. Only one entry per person and one entry per email address. Third party or multiple entries are not permitted and will be excluded.  Entrants must participate in both tasks to be eligible to win the competition.
b) By submitting an entry to any competition, you expressly give Hidden Solace the permission to contact you with the competition result and future Hidden Solace news via our mailing list. All members of our mailing list have the right to be removed at any time and can do so by sending an email with the title ‘Unsubscribe’ to sales (at) hiddensolace.co.uk.

Eligibility of Entries

a) By entering the Competition, you confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page.

b) Entrants confirm that they have the legal capacity to do so. Entrants below the age of 18 should seek permission of a parent or guardian before entering the competition.

c) The closing date for receipt of entries is 26^th March 2010. Hidden Solace does not accept responsibility for entries lost or delayed in any circumstances. Late entries will not be accepted.

d) Hidden Solace reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify from this Competition any entrant who we believe has not complied with these terms and conditions or acted in good faith.

e) The competition is open for those residing in the UK only. Entries from outside of the UK will not be eligible to win the prize. No exceptions will be made.

a) The Prize for the current competition ‘Win a gorgeous Alchemy Gothic Sacred Heart Necklace’ is one Sacred Heart necklace.

b) No cash alternatives shall be available for any prize.

c) Hidden Solace retains the ability to change the prize stated or cancel the competition at its sole discretion and any changes to the competition will be posted on the Hidden Solace website.

a) The winning entrant will be drawn at random from all valid entries received. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

b) The winning entrant will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw being made. Contact with the winning entrant will be made via the email address used to subscribe to the mailing list, the winning entrant must provide proof that they adhered to the competition rules and took part in both elements. Hidden Solace must receive proof within 14 days of our first request of this information.

c) It is the entrant's responsibility to inform Hidden Solace of any change of address prior to despatch of the prize.

d) Hidden Solace hold the right to request information to confirm that the winning entrant has provided truthful and accurate information and/or to provide proof of identity, age and residency.

e) If any of the following circumstances apply, the winning entrant will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with these terms and conditions, or the draw will be cancelled. The action taken in this circumstance will be at the sole discretion of Hidden Solace:
i) the price is undeliverable and is returned to us;
ii) the winner does not respond to a request to contact Hidden Solace within 14 days of such request being sent;
iii) the winning entrant does not provide requested evidence to the satisfaction of Hidden solace within 14 days of such request being sent;
iv) any dispute as to the identity of a winning entrant cannot be resolved to the satisfaction of Hidden Solace;
v) the winning entrant is not available on the dates selected for the prize; or
vi) Hidden Solace suspects that an entrant has not adhered to the competition rules.

a) All Prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash or other alternatives.

b) Hidden Solace may in its absolute discretion modify, amend, cancel or suspend these terms and conditions, the competition and/or the prize at any time if it deems it necessary or if circumstances arise beyond its control. No liability shall attach to Hidden Solace as a result. In such circumstances, alternative prizes offered will be of equal or greater value.

c) Except to the extent that they may not be excluded by law, no representations, warranties, terms or conditions that are not expressly stated in these terms and conditions apply to this competition. Hidden Solace has no liability for any injuries, loss, disappointment or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this competition.

All winning entrants will be notified via the email. The addresses used to contact the winner will be that which was submitted via the mailing list.

a) By submitting an entry into the competition you give Hidden Solace the right to use the information provided for the purposes of operating the competition, the administration and delivery of prizes and for their own accounting purposes. Information will be retained for such reasonable time as is necessary for such purposes.

b) Hidden may store entrants' information and use it to contact entrants from time to time by email with information about Hidden Solace products which may be of interest to entrants (when entrants have signed up to our mailing list).
